Visual Design Review
Once the exterior elevations are approved, the design team will schedule a Pinterest Review Meeting before selections begin. This meeting can be virtual, or in person.During this meeting, the design team will thoroughly review your Pinterest folders, focusing on each room as it appears in the floor plan. This will allow them to gain a better understanding of your overall aesthetic and design style, as well as any specific requirements or preferences you may have for the interior and exterior selections.

​Now that you’ve completed all of your selection meetings, the Design Team will put together the final boards of all of your selections for review. Once the final contract, drawings, specifications, design boards, and any other ancillary documentation have been approved, the project will officially move out of pre-construction and into construction. To the beginning of your custom journey and your beautiful new home.
