Since 1975, the Street of Dreams has been the premier home and lifestyle event of the summer, featuring the latest in residential construction in the Pacific Northwest. Teal Point has recently expanded their luxury builds across the mountains, and into the charming foothills and valleys of the West. Current projects include Tesoro, Boise as well as other unique communities and estate builds in the surround region, and Sun Valley to be announced later this year. Home designs will range from 3,800 to 7,000 square feet with beautiful contemporary, modern, craftsman, desert contemporary, Spanish Colonial, and Monterey architecture styles.
